Annett Gröschner, born in 1964 in Magdeburg, has lived in Berlin since 1983. Studied German here and in Paris, was co-founder of the Independent Women’s Association in 1989, worked for the Prenzlauer Berg Museum from 1992-1996. Since 1996 she has been a freelance writer, journalist, lecturer (including Hildesheim, Leipzig, Vienna, Berlin, Jena) and since 2012 guest performer at She She Pop. She publishes poetry, prose (including Moskauer Eis and Walpurgistag), documentary literature, radio features, and plays (most recently Die Technik des Glücks. Eine Franz-Jung-Revue, HAU 2018) and has been involved in numerous interdisciplinary exhibitions, including 2016’s Inventarisierung der Macht. Die Berliner Mauer aus anderer Sicht together with Arwed Messmer, and 2021/22 together with Ina Weber DIE_KANT. Kunst_Text_Straße at the Villa Oppenheim Berlin.
