Agnes Siegenthaler, born in 1988, lives and works around Bern. Siegenthaler is currently studying literary writing at the Literature Institute in Biel. For her texts she searches for witnessing in abandoned houses and wandering blocks of stone. She is interested in improbable perspectives and the overlooked obvious. For the past two years, she has been working on a novel project. In addition to her literary practice, the trained social worker takes part in the intercultural library LivrEchange in Fribourg.

POETS‘ CORNER Mitte – Poetry in the Districts: Focus Switzerland

The warm-up before the start of the 23rd poesiefestival berlin! Poets’ Corner takes over the city with poetry! Berlin-based poets and musicians will read and perform across the city’s districts in libraries, gardens, and cultural centers, thanks to support of Berlin’s city districts and cultural institutions. There’s room for poetry everywhere!
